Standard Terms
••• ALL MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

••• Swizzotec Arts reserves the right to showcase any designs created from any project. (For promotional purposes only).

••• All work is evaluated on a case by case basis, any job can be refused!.

••• DEPOSITS: All jobs require 50% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning a project, with the balance due upon completion is standard. No work will be done before deposits are made. No exceptions.

••• Any agreement can be dissolved by either party at any time for any reason.

••• ALL designs that are purchased by the client are considered as one design item and must be paid separately for. For example: If a logo design is requested, the design process begins and multiple versions of the logo may be shown during the review process. If the client requests more than 1 version be brought to final then there may be an additional charge for that extra design.

••• Master files that are used to create the designs are the property of Swizzotec Arts. They may or may not be saved after the design process is complete. A fee will be charged should the client want a copy of these master files.

••• Logo Design as with any design has limited redos! Once a design is submitted for review a client has one major redo and several small adjustments after that. Redos are not unlimited!

••• A charge for managing the printing of your project may or may not be added to the total.

••• Swizzotec Arts will except NO financial responsibility for any design related problems after design are completed/ i.e. printing, posting of website, or any other "after design" scenerio.

••• Designs requested and begun are paid for in full regardless if the client decides that part of the original order is no longer needed. Designs that have begun the process are paid for regardless of the fact that they are used or not.

The Proofing Process
••• ALL PROOFS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT to thoroughly review for any discrepencies.

••• During the DESIGN PROCESS proofs are generated until a design is finalized. Once a final design is reached from these proofs the job is sent to a printer of the clients choosing.

••• Once this final proof has been reviewed and approved for print by the client Swizzotec Artis no longer responsible for the outcome of the final product. If there is anything wrong with the final product at that point it should have been picked up, prior to press, in the proofing process, or it is something that is the fault of the printer. If the client chooses not to review any proof the client assumes all responsibilty for the job.

Images and Logos
••• Images provided from a client for use in a design project or illustration are assumed to be the property of the client or the client has permission to use the image(s) or logo(s). Swizzotec Arts will not be responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement caused by the client.
